If you own your router, please disregard this message. If you currently have one of our $5 routers and do not wish to upgrade, your current router will NOT quit working.
Effective immediately WesTex Connect will be upgrading our routers to a new high performance model. Due to this new router upgrade the monthly fee will change to $10 a month. This fee includes router management, router support, and hardware replacement if the device is deemed defective (does not cover damage by customer). Going forward WesTex Connect will only support the new high performance model of routers. If you have one of the older model routers, they are yours to keep as a gift from WesTex Connect. We will no longer provide support for these routers effective 04/30/18. Customers may purchase their own router or lease one of our new model routers.
